Can’t decide between beef and lamb? We never can either - that’s why we made this bundle! This is a great way to get an assortment of both local lamb and local beef at a great price.
4 lb ground beef
4 lb ground lamb
8 Lamb loin chops
1 Beef Round Tip Roast (approx. 2.5 lbs)
Lamb Shoulder Chops are cut from the shoulder and have a rich flavor. They are larger than loin chops, and they also require a bit longer cooking time.
We have different sizes available. Prices are per package.
How to cook:
Shoulder chops are best when cooked long and slow. Using a slow cooker or roasting in the oven results in tender, fall-off-the-bone, meat. We love this recipe!
Our lamb is grass fed and grain finished to give it the mild flavor our customers love. And as always, our meat has no added antibiotics, hormones, or steroids.
You get only what you want…100% locally raised lamb meat.
Ground lamb is our most popular lamb product, and for good reason. Ground lamb can be used in tacos, pasta sauces, burgers, meatloaf, and so much more.
Price is per package. Packages are approximately 1 lb.
How to cook:
Ground lamb can be browned in a skillet, or made into burgers. It generally has a higher fat content, so many people prefer to drain it before adding to a recipe. And while most recipes that call for ground beef can be made with lamb, this Shepherd's Pie is one of our favorites!
Lamb Loin Chops are one of our most popular cuts of lamb. These chops are lean and delicious. Chops are usually only 4-5 oz (with a t-shaped bone through the center).
Price is per package. Most packages have 4 chops.
How to cook:
Loin chops are best grilled, pan fried or broiled. They can be seasoned with your favorite rubs or marinated for a few hours.
